Step 1:
Identify and understand the project brief, identify roles and responsibilities for the project team from JD Mooney. All of your expectations are noted and a clear line of communication is opened.
Step 2:
We provide a detailed costing and can offer cost saving ideas or design improvement ideas, if you so request. Clear communication lines used and maintained.
Step 3:
Set out a clear programme, clear cost agreement, introduce site teams and sub-contractors and begin project delivery.
Final Step:
Project delivery doesn’t mean we leave for good. We identify snags and works to be commissioned along with maintaining an open lines of communication after completion. We also issue our Engineer visits with the Planning Certification and ensure all systems and project specifications are explained to the you, the client.
